Enterprise Home Data Server

Pacific Controls has developed a cost-effective solution for very large residential developments called the Enterprise Home Data Server (EHDS). The EHDS provides a suite of features that seamlessly integrates with all the electro-mechanical services in a building.

The touch screen in a home can be easily integrated with the EHDS providing the home owner complete control over functions including air-conditioning, lighting, home theatre and security systems. The EHDS also monitors utility consumption such as electricity, water, chilled water for air-conditioning etc., thereby allowing the owner to keep track of their costs on a daily basis and have tenant billing features.
