Pacific Controls participates at Cityscape 2006 event;
sponsors 'The Environmental Award' category in Cityscape
Architectural Review Awards

Dubai, July 5, 2006: Pacific Controls is participating in
Cityscape 2006 - the 5th International Property Investment &
Development event, which is to take place at the Dubai
International Exhibition Centre on December 4-6, 2006. This
event witnesses an annual networking exhibition and
conference focusing on all aspects of the property
development cycle.
Pacific Controls is launching the World’s first Enterprise
Home Data Server with a unique Embedded Controller that
incorporates multiple functionalities including tenant
billing, audio-video (A/V) integration, security alarms and
cellular M2M capabilities, thus connecting the home to the
enterprise level. This state-of-the-art Embedded Controller
is a product which will revolutionize Home Automation and
assist developers and facilities managers in delivering
future-ready homes that are scalable, cost-effective and
enterprise-ready. A series of new e-Home Terminals in
various sizes are to be integrated in homes that have full
functionality including streaming video capability.

Review Awards (CARA) in 2005, Pacific Controls is once again
sponsoring CARA’s 'The Environmental Award' category, which
is awarded to the completed building that delivers best on
environmental issues. CARA is organized by Cityscape along
with The Architectural Review - the largest and most
prestigious architecture publication in the world,
recognizing and promoting excellence in Architecture and
Design from the emerging world.
The awards ceremony is to be held on December 4 at a gala
dinner in the Nad Al Sheba Club Dubai, which will witness a
network of investors, developers, key organizations and
Governmental authorities involved in the design and
construction of major public and private commercial property
developments. The Cityscape Architectural Awards are
promoted to over 250,000 architects globally.
