Operations Manager – Fleet Solution
The integration between the Operations Manager and
Fleet Management solution has resulted in better overview
and a remarkable raise in effciency.
The integrated map displays both the position of the
incident and the nearest vehicles. Using the map, the
dispatcher sends the alarm information including GPS
coordinates with a click of a mouse to the vehicle for
immediate turn-out. The information is displayed on a
GPS Navigation system in the vehicle and the driver is
navigated to the location of the emergency.

• Organize and send assignments to vehicles
• Free text from vehicles to alarm receiving center and
vice versa
• Logging of communication between alarm center and
vehicles
• Display of time specifed route for a vehicle on a digital
map in the alarm center
• Calculation and display of route to destination in
vehicles
Operations Manager feet solution provides the Alarm
Receiving Center with a complete overview of site
reporting alarms and vehicle’s current GPS position shown
on the same digital map. Once an alarm is received in
Operations Manager the operator locates a vehicle close
to the incident and sends a task to the GPS device in
the car. The driver receives important information and is
guided to the scene of the incident.
