Centre for Customer Support.
This is the link between our Customers and our support and
maintenance division. It provides technical assistance
through dial up facility via modems or internet to the
customer's facility.
Our Customer Support Command Control Centre provides remote
monitoring and management of our Customer facilities,
thereby reducing the operational cost while providing a high
level of site support optimising the plant and process,
reducing the energy bills. Additionally we also provide back
up of the control database for disaster management.
